Vibroprint Studio (operated by Happy Napper LTD) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our website (https://vibroprint.com/) infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement under the DMCA. Please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the infringing content).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or access to which was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material after 10 business days but no later than 14 business days from the date we receive the counter-notification, unless we first receive notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.

Repeat Infringers:

Vibroprint Studio reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Changes to this DMCA Policy:

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on our website.
