At Vibroprint Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, if applicable.
  • Returned with any tags and labels still attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or errors on our part:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been specifically designed or personalized for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error in the customization.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@vibroprint.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vibroprint.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
